Bacon And Brews (formerly Bacon, Brew & BBQ Fest) has been redesigned from the ground up. Now in our fifth year, we have moved the event to downtown Madison, WI. and put our focus on the craft brews and the local food. We look forward to having you join us in 2018.

FOOD MENUS You need to provide your menu before May 15th so we can add it to the official event program and website.
EVENT PROVIDES Space inside the stadium for your food cart or 10x10 tent and space for cooking. 1-3 cases of Jones Dairy Farm bacon. 2-4 festival passes for your staff. 1 Vendor Vehicle Pass to unload/load your equipment.
RULES All food must use bacon as the main ingredient. You set the portion size, menu and prices. You accept cash and keep 100% of each transaction. You must bring your own tables and chairs. Set up is between 8am and 10:45am. You must be ready to serve by noon. You will serve and sell food from 12-4pm. You must have the proper Health Dept Permits and pass inspection before the festival begins. You must have a fully functional hand washing station in your booth. All grease must be dumped in the grease bin provided by Sanimax. You are responsible for all clean up in your booth area. VIP ticket holders will receive a $5 gift card which can be used at any food or merchandise booth. You must except these cards. No change is given back and the cards cannot be exchanged for cash. We will buy back these cards for $2.50 each, please keep them in an envelope. There will be 250 VIP tickets sold.
